We discussed a lot during house hunting, not only the pros and cons for each house, but also what potential improvement she sees if we buy the house. We are looking for the house to live, but in case we need to move and sell the house one day, we want to make sure it also has good investment value. Azalia is so knowledge and we have learned so much by working with her!! Azalia also did detailed market research and based on the analysis Azalia advised us how much to offer. With this analysis we can make decisions quickly, and feel comfortable with the offer we are signing.
